Why Sassycise Dance Fitness?
Jahari's Sassycise Fitness mission is to empower women to build a positive mindset about their bodies, give catwalk type confidence needed to explore their innate feminine side and unleash that sassy diva.
Sassycise uses dance and fitness to achieve amazing results. Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege and honor to inspire hundreds to F.L.Y. First love themselves, ignite they're sassy and make them feel like the Goddess they are!

WHAT she had to say: I am Jahari Dance's photographer from back in the day 10 years ago. Jahari hosted a Santa Baby burlesque Workshop in 2010, which all the dancers had custom photoshoots in her studio. To say the least, it really didn't seem like work to me because we had so much fun! 💃🏾📸😀 All of the ladies showed up and showed out! It was and always will be an absolute pleasure working with Jahari Dance and can't wait to see what's in store for these GODDESSES 👑🌠

Jahari BIO REMAKE
After winning numerous world medals in Latin DanceSport, Jaana Kunitz went on to achieve tremendous success helping everyday people to lose weight and get fit through dance. She has designed, choreographed and directed home fitness exercise programs which have been featured on TV in over 25 countries and sold millions of copies worldwide!
As a child, Jaana was overweight and was often teased and bullied. When Jaana found dancing, her entire life changed. She not only transformed her body but also won numerous world-class championships. She went on to get certified as a Fitness Trainer and became obsessed with helping others get in shape through dance.
